Election season gets crazier and crazier each time. It’s almost as bad.. no it is actually worse than Jersey Shores.

Anyway, been super slammed with freelance, and that is a GREAT thing. But Im working on strips! I

I love candy canes in my coffee! But I will admit, as much as I like seeing Christmas lights and decorations, all I see is $$ signs and here coins dropping. Still a bit of a scrooge.

Doing my best to spread the joy.

I have been working really hard on freelance projects, and trying to get ready to test for a black belt in TKD. HUGE goal of mine. Lots to do to before I am even looked at though. So I’m  trying to reprogram my brain, in hopes of balancing all my projects and Pokeweed. I would like to get back to a real schedule for the strip, and inspired with a syndication submission that looks promising. WIll post about it when all systems are go!

I don’t think I would do well at any Occupy. The makeshift drums, the smell of  Petrulli Oil and B.O, and that stupid human mic would drive me insane. I can get behind something with an impact. Not just hanging out, stating the obvious problem and not offering any legit answers. MOVE YOUR MONEY.

Heeelllllooooo. Been a while, and I’m sorry. Lots going on. But I wont bother you with it. Just know I am trying to get back to speed on the strip. Thinking a Mon, Wed, Friday schedule to warm up. I have a few guest spots in holding pattern as I am working this all out.

Been VERy, VERY, VEEEERY busy with freelance and will admit, it is hard to shift gears and do comics. I feel like my brain has to be in the right place. REally hot on my plate right now is 100 MONSTERS. I LOVE it. Check out a sneak peek here. Can’t wait to post more. In the mean time, I have been looking for people to do guest comics. Got a few really nice people to chip, and always looking for more. I will be posting guest strips randomly as I need them. So, soon then.

As much as I love illustrating, I love drawing Pokeweed. Something about creating all the lines is sublime. My goal with the art in the strip is to do as much as I can, with a few lines as possible. Too make is look as if it was actually easy to draw. This is my happy place.
