Training in TKD, I struggle with breathing. You would think it would be easy, inhale, exhale.. repeat. I tend to hold my breath on kicks and various techniques like form. And the Senior instructor reminds me to bring good air in, bad air out. Granted, he was talking about breathing good air in through the nose, bad air out the mouth. Not the butt.
